Redevelopment of a new grandstand in Causeway Bay for ~1000 spectators with VIP seating, and other sports facilities such as tennis court, beach volley ball court, jogging track, multi-purpose rooms, family / training pool, changing rooms and toilets, and a rugby pitch with artificial turf.

Revitalisation of Haw Par Mansion into Haw Par Music Farm, Hong Kong
Revitalization of Haw Par Mansion (Grade 1 Historic Building built in the 1930s) in Tai Hang into a music school providing training on Chinese and Western music and social outreach activities, including the restoration of the external appearance and the general ambience of the complex, the interiors, and the Tiger Balm Garden, and new facilities such as parking, a new lift and a footbridge, a service block, and facilities for barrier free access.

Mong Kok Stadium, Hong Kong
4 new grandstands at Mong Kok Stadium for ~7000 spectators, VIP and media facilities, team and referee changing rooms, doping control, police control, offices, conference room, public toilets, and other support facilities. Fire engineering approach is adopted for emergency crowd evacuation to overcome existing site constraints.

Provision of Kai Tak River Open Space, Hong Kong
Design 2 was awarded the Consultancy Contract for the Design and Construction of Open Space near Kai Tak River in Dec 2020. The project focuses on the Design and construction of open spaces and amenity features along Kai Tak River at the former north apron of the old airport at Kai Tak Development Area. Kai Tak River is created by revitalization and improvement of the existing open nullah flowing from Po Kong Village Road into Kai Tak Development Area before discharging into Victoria Harbour. The vision and mission of the project is to create a new type of urban leisure area along the new Kai Tak River, for various public activities including recreation, education and community art etc.
